The session is led by me, Sara, experienced in sound bath and relaxation practices. I create a warm, nurturing space, and bring my homemade spiced herbal tea which your body will love.

Sound Baths - Important Information

By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming that you do not have any of the following, or you have had it confirmed by a doctor that you are able to attend:

  • Epilepsy

  • Use of recreational drugs or alcohol

  • Severe mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia or psychosis)

  • Implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemaker or defibrillator)

  • Pregnancy

By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming that you do not have any of the following, or you have had it confirmed by a doctor that you are able to attend:

  • Please switch your phone off or put it on silent

  • Bring a yoga mat, eye mask and a blanket if you have them for extra comfort
