What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes. You simply lie back and let the sounds guide your body and mind into a state of rest and calm.

Sound baths can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and encourage deep relaxation. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

The session is led by me, Sara, experienced in sound bath and relaxation practices. I create a warm, nurturing space, and bring my homemade spiced herbal tea which your body will love.
