The holistic full screening, consultation, and personalised plan are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or healthcare professional for medical concerns.
This service is for wellbeing support only and does not diagnose medical conditions.
Any recommendations provided are based on the information shared during the consultation.
Results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes vary from person to person.
It is your responsibility to disclose accurate and relevant medical history, medications, and allergies.
Yorkshire Vitality reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsuitable.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are accepted via agreed payment methods.
Fees are charged for professional time and expertise. All services are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced or a personalised plan has been delivered.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of your personalised treatment plan, you are required to:
Complete the health questionnaire in full prior to receiving recommendations.
- Provide accurate and up to date information regarding your medical history, current health conditions, allergies and medications including prescription, over the counter, herbs and supplements.
- Inform us promptly of any changes to your health status or medications during the course of treatment.
- Acknowledge that incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may affect the suitability, safety, or effectiveness of your personalised treatment plan.
By submitting your information, you confirm that all details provided are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and understand that your treatment plan is based solely on the information you disclose.
Fasting requirement
Clients must fast for a minimum of 4 hours prior to attending a full health screening or insulin resistance testing alone.
During the fasting period only water is permitted unless otherwise advised.
Failure to comply with the fasting requirement may affect test accuracy and could result in the screening or test to be rescheduled.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in the full fee being charged with no refund.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
Yorkshire Vitality reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply at the time of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yorkshire Vitality (including employees and contractors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health complications arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
Yorkshire Vitality’s total liability for any claim arising in connection with the services shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
10. No Practitioner-Client Relationship

Accessing this website, or communicating with Yorkshire Vitality via email or contact forms, does not establish a practitioner-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established once a formal consultation agreement has been signed and payment has been made.
